CATHERINE MURAWSKI DEIST

Catherine started CMD Law after representing Senior Living clients and realizing her passion for the industry. She recognized that there was a lack of comprehensive legal resources catering to the vast needs that face Senior Living operators everyday.  

From real estate transactions to regulatory compliance to litigation management - and beyond - Catherine provides clients with the necessary foundational and ongoing legal tools and support to be successful.

Catherine's diverse legal background has equipped her with the knowledge and experience to serve her clients in every aspect of their business.  Prior to starting CMD Law, Catherine's practice included federal prosecution, federal white collar criminal defense, commercial and contract disputes, family law and elder law, including guardianships and conservatorships, complex estate planning, and assisted reproductive technology.

Catherine began her legal career in the Air Force JAG Corps, where she served for five years as a federal prosecutor.  Her husband currently serves in the Air Force as a C-17 pilot, and they have two daughters.
